Its the same as the first ghost except you don't kill yourself after glitching through the wall and loading up the Mine area. Once you hit the loading screen look around a bit and you should easily find the area he jumps down to the bunker from.

Ah that explains why, I didn't glitch to get the first one. If you just walk down the cliffside a bit more than is an open door that takes you to the first ghost, glitch free.
