My real name begins with D. When I first started playing online around 10 years ago there was a rapper in the UK called Lethal Bizzle. My flat mate started calling me Dizzle. This was taken on Xbox Live & after messing around with variations I settled on Diznit. Then carried it over to PSN when I got my PS3.
