Uh...
The Galaxy Gun is at most a planetary [u]surface[/u] killer.
It's called the Galaxy Gun because it can be fired from anywhere in the Galaxy and hit anything in the Galaxy.
It uses nuclear explosions to do damage. That would do nothing to a black hole.
