How did the house of wolves obtain parts of Kaliks-12 to build Kaliks Reborn even though the majority of the house was either killed or imprisoned?

The Hated execute those designated as Forsaken, and I'm not sure why they are called that. Kaliks Reborn is made out of parts of many other Servitors, not Kaliks-12. Randal is secretive. He bides his time. Not sure what Harvesters look like, but Ahamkara were space dragons. I believe their appearance varies to an extent, sometimes looking more bird-like or snake-like
