I think it should sound like a cold, calculating, undying robot. Its lines should have the tone of a commissar of the traveler. It should say things like "It is the will of the Traveler", or "They are enemies of the Traveler." The white color was fine to me. All those ridiculous ghost skins are annoying if you ask me. I feel like since the Traveler is basically evil, the Ghost should be a little propaganda machine that haunts your thoughts constantly. Instead, its like a good version of 343 Guilty Spark.
