Uhhh no, it is up to the parents wither or not to allow their child(ren) to play the game. If the parent are of the mindset that their child(ren) are mature enough then its fine. I for one have allowed my children who are now teens to play most video games...the only one I had an issue with but my husband laughed was Duke Nukam if that is how it's spelled. The opening scene was well every mans dream.
