I received the level 40 Warlock bond as a Sunsinger after finishing the quest line.

How do you know that? The emblem in the Kiosk is for finishing the subclass quest line. Who's to say it won't be available at level 40, or after TTK launches?

because the post shows that quest rewards will not be earned after TTK if the quest was finished before, that's who's to say.

And there can also be more than one quest too.
