Well not retroactively grant rewards, for those that seen to not understand what that means, you will not gain those rewards on the 15th. I, however, did not start any quests. It's killing me but I wanted to wait till 15th so that the exp would go towards my level 40. So I'm just waiting. Looks like I did myself a solid
