For me it is either the final fantasy series or ratchet and clank series; special mention to ridge racer and tekken for bringing the 3d arcade to home systems.

Tekken 3 was awesome, not a fan of some of the later titles. Good memories back on PS1 playing winner stays on with a few friends and some beers =}
