There isn't an organization or person who can change or handle this. Just ignore it and move on. If they are getting to you then it's your fault for letting them.

I am not talking about ESRB's rating, nor am I asking for someone to stop people from acting like this. I stated twice that I know you cant remove this behavior, it's part of online gaming. At least read what I said before making a comment.

I did read it. But there is nothing we can do about tea bagging and unsportsmanlike conduct. We just have to move on with our lives. It's just a video game. And you tell people not to make assumptions? You just assumed that I didn't read your post.
