Lost Exotic Class Item from Pre-Order - Not Available on Kiosk

I preordered TK Digital CE and got the exotic class items on my warlock and titan. However, my hunter did not get it. This is why: I logged into my hunter first. The package was at the Postmaster, but I didn't take it out. I wanted to wait until I checked my other classes first. I switched to my Titan, and collected everything from the postmaster, INCLUDING the hunter package accidentally. This gave me the shader and emote for my hunter, which I put into the bank, but it did NOT give me the exotic class item. I switched to my Warlock, got the parcel, and it included everything. Switched by to my hunter, and the parcel was obviously no longer at the postmaster, the cloak was not in the bank (as when the parcel didn't provide it when I opened it as a titan), and the missing exotic cloak is not on the exotic armor kiosk. Suggestions?

  • You made the mistake of taking it out on your Titan it seems. Not sure if Bungie will give you another. But that really sucks. Try pming one of the bnghelp guys.
