"No I can use them when I want, but not without a charge time. The way us Tempests work are we're like sponges. We soak up time every minute of our lives, and when we want, we use that power at our will. Stronger abilities require a longer recharge time. And I just got done jumping back through time to try and save Jack, and failing. So it'll be a few days before I can make full use of my abilities again."

It's windows broken, some wall crushed and some fires in some rooms. You find 2 enemies in the main lobby.[/b]
