"Uhh, I grew up in Centra, lived there until I was about 8, and my family was uh, murdered. Whoever it was burned the place down and I made it out alive at the cost of some burns. Then I was in and out of foster homes, screwing with my powers with what knowledge my parents had taught me. When I got a grasp on them I used them to take down gangs and use their money to live. Haven't made many friends until I met Donovan and uh, and Jack. I've committed some robbery, but not against innocents. Most of its been corrupt businesses. Now I wanna make an honest living. Which lead me here."

"No I can use them when I want, but not without a charge time. The way us Tempests work are we're like sponges. We soak up time every minute of our lives, and when we want, we use that power at our will. Stronger abilities require a longer recharge time. And I just got done jumping back through time to try and save Jack, and failing. So it'll be a few days before I can make full use of my abilities again."
