I didn't say that just because it exists it's true. There are 2 main reasons: 1 is the fact that over 400 years, individual books were written by people of various ages, occupations, and social classes, yet the theme is consistent throughout.
The second (and more important) reason is the Bible's prophecies. There were many small prophecies written by someone that became part of the OT which were later recognized and pointed out by people writing the NT, not to mention Revelations, which is coming true currently.

All "prophecies" will come true given enough time. When it describes the time frame in which it happens, then it's actually telling the future
-
Not all prophecies come true if they're specific enough.

I'll admit that it's not proof of divine involvement, but it's still an unlikely coincidence of it's not truly inspired by God. Most haven't been confirmed by another source because nobody else cared or read the Torah. But again, Revelations is happening right now and it's far from vague.

If they haven't been proved by another source then we don't know if it's credible or not. Tell me more about Revelations.

Revelations is written in "prophetic language," so you have to look at other places in the Bible to decipher the symbolism. This video is the most relevant, but any of his could probably work (although many of the previous videos were about a prophecy in Daniel). I apologize for the length, though.

Too long for me to watch right now. Added it to watch later so I'll probably get to it tonight.
-
Ok, yeah sorry about the length.

Lol no problem. I'm sure I'll gain some insight from watching it so it'll be worth it.
