The soldier, hefting his rifle, races through the city, pursued by the Cyber-Police. He blows apart three of the cruisers chasing him, and soon is tracked by a CNN chopper.

Ash is sitting in a bar, drinking some beer when he sees the breaking news story. "Crap, this guy must be crazy." Ash payed for his drink and walked outside.

A series of CPD vehicles race toward the distant sounds of combat.

"Hm, well I don't have anything else to do." Ash began parkouring towards the sounds of battle.

As he approaches, a CPD combat gunship spirals past, nearly hitting Jack, a massive hole punched all the way through its incredibly thick armor.

"This guy must have done something really stupid to have gunships going after him." Ash continued jumping from building to building

A single soldier, clad in navy-blue fatigues and carrying a strange-looking rifle, has transformed an empty fountain into a fortress, dotted with piles of rubble and the wreckage of Cyber-Police vehicles. Anything that gets too close is ripped apart by slugs of white-hot molten metal.

The man seems to be talking and gesturing to comrades that aren't there, speaking rapidly into a broken radio.

Ash had a perfect shot on the guy, but he debated on whether or not he should get involved "God, this guy is obviously a threat to society and to my city, I'd better put him down." Ash fired off an explosive 12mm round (10 left) towards the mans head

The soldier suddenly ducks, pulling down an imaginary other figure. The round ricochets off of a nearby rubble pile and strikes a police car, detonating it and scattering the police vehicles. Suddenly, the soldier drops to his knees, confusion eched on his face. He gets up, and as the CPD focuses on the chaos around him, staggers out of sight.
