Yes Bungie wronged him and the judge did the right thing by giving him what he deserved, but that isn't what we are arguing about. Bungie had every right to move on from him, but they needed to pay him what he was owed. The big show down between him and Activision was unprofessional and clearly naive. Publishers choose how trailers are presented not developers. The guy thought he was bigger than the company and he paid for it. Still, he deserved to keep his stocks and the royalties he is now receiving.
