It's in the same place you can pick up a ghost for grimoire in the endless steps. Just like that one in the Nexus strike. Every time you load up vault of glass it will be there to infinitely "collect" I use collect in quotes because it doesn't actually do anything. Likely it's a glitch of some sort.
