Red Bull Codes Help!

I redeemed two Red Bull Codes and it has said they were successful, went through, and I claimed them. Then when I have to click to "Confirm Platform" it says it has already been redeemed. Will I still get my Focused Light and Quest (when TTK drops)? Please help!
