This has nothing to do with us or the game that shipped. It's over improper severance and the musical score used in a trailer. You trying to bend the facts to fit a narrative you already decided upon is worse than anything that happened in this lawsuit.

The part about the game supposedly being released in sept 2013 and being pushed back due to changes in aug 2013? You would think there would have been an announced release date if that were true, but activision confirmed back in February 2013 that the game wouldn't be coming out in 2013. So yes I ignored the part that was complete bullshit.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were originally shooting for a 2013 release date, video games get pushed back all the time, and the reason for the delay could very well be due to changes to the story, but the text you highlighted in bold said the game was pushed back from its sept 2013 release date due to changes to the story made in August 2013, but we knew in February of 2013, 6 months before these changes were allegedly made that the game wasn't coming out in 2013. So yeah, once again, I call bullshit.
