Well damn, I thought he did a pretty good job. It's going to be odd listening to a different ghost. Thanks Peter. Bungie do something for this guy, he helped you make a s**t ton of money!

TBO, I don't think his being replaced is anything more than he wasn't available to record the new material. So for consistency, they re-recorded all the old material rather than have the voice of the ghost change.

Why not explain it away though. Like whoops I dropped you, hey you voice sounds different, must have damaged you.
