More Ike if you use final round. Shadow of veils really has nothing going for it but the shortgaze scope and high impact and decent rate of fire.
Snipers that have similar stats are the LDR, Her Benevolence, and Longbow Synthesis. All of which can come with better perks

I would disagree I have an E-spear with final round field scout ,ldr a her benevolence and shadow, shadow is my favorite.

Aim assist only affects drag scoping, which is when you turn in either direction with your camera very fast while ADS and fire while still moving it. Sure this can be good, but most of the time you dint use it as a sniper so it doesn't affect gameplay that much

I know what drag scoping is, I love sniping as you can tell by the amount of PVP snipers I have.

I use Shadow's also, only when I'm on my titan as I don't move around most of my weapons. I will admit it though, it's much easier to snipe with Shadows. The headshots I manage to get with Shadows is just unbelievable. P.S. I still like Ambush scope better, I want to feel like it's me aiming for the head. Longbow and my OG spear are what I've been trying to use.

Mainly because they're not basically the highest aim assist snipers in the game

Her benevolence with hidden hand has more aim assist than shadow of veils. Honestly though, aim assist only helps when drag scoping, which most people don't do. And the amount of times it helps is minimal as well

Shadow of veils aim assist is 69, with shortgaze 79 Her benevolence's aim assist is 40, with hidden hand (+40) its 80, with shortgaze its 90. All information taken from planetdestiny.com
