I prefer shoot to loot on scout rifles. It can roll on greens and blues, and it doesn't halve the amount of ammo you have when you switch weapons.

I don't know how viable Her Benevolence is in PvE activites as I've literally never used it but I recently got one, ok probably two weeks ago lol, that had this perk. I was shocked. If it has any viability in PvE activities it's infinitely better than a common/rare scout rifle. I seriously didn't know that shoot to loot was a perk that a legendary weapon could get.

Used to not be. Back when crotas end was top tier content, shoot to loot came in handy when Crotation was happening.
