[spoiler]It'd damage external equipment like his radio antenna, rebreather, and optics. Would it damage the armor itself? No.
You could shoot out his access to vision, air, and communication and then hack his armor, lock the servos, and force him out.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Revy tried to use those. They won't really stop him but they short out his optics for a short amount of time, which would give you a chance to attack, which is essentially what she did.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]No, he's a good guy, he's just really pissed off at Eva and wants revenge. His base got to this planet through a teleporter malfunction. He got some dark matter, the last on the planet, from a dealer to fuel it, but while he was transporting it to his base, Eva stalled him which allowed it to deteriorate to a condition that rendered it unusable. To add to that, some of Sauron145's agents stole what little could be used. They tried to pay him back with some samples that they had but the samples were incompatible with the teleporter. Chelovek blamed Eva for his problems in the first place and now he's out for revenge.[/spoiler]
