There are plenty of facts in that article that justify his dismissal.

Not when it isn't in the best interest of the company. He was putting his ego ahead of that. That's why he was fired. Ego. Look at it this way, do you think he accepted everything that his staff composed for him? I doubt it. I bet he had to make decisions and not choose some of his teams ideas. Do you think would have been acceptable for his team member to make negative public statements about his bosses decision?

Going with Activision is never a good decision for a company he believed they where over stepping he thought about the company that he has shares in
