I don't see what's the case here. These things happens every day in companies around the world.
An employee did some work, the property decided to go with something else.
Then he gets angry and shout on Internet.
The they end up in a court.
That's more than ordinary. I don't see in which way Bungie is not doing the best for their user here. Maybe they do, but not in this case IMHO.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
