You climb up to see a figure covered in charred flesh, wearing a respitory mask. He is smoking a cigarette and chuckling to himself

"Well it's seems I've had a bit of a makeover haven't I?" He broke into psychotic laughter

"No one, I did this to myself, do you not think I look good?"

"I think that you smell good, burned flesh has a nice smell."

"See! Someone gets me!" Jack takes a big puff of the cigarette. "So, what do you want?"

"I heard yelling from up here so I came to investigate."

"Oh, that was just..... Nothing, it was nothing." Jack stood up and extinguished his cigarette on his neck, relishing in the burning sensation "Well I'd love to stay, but I've got some.... Things to do."

"Most likely" Jack said, grinning

"Probably not a good idea." Jack grinned "you might be mistaken for more fuel to add to the flame." Jack jumped off the edge of the building, laughing maniacally, and when you look to see if he was okay, he had disappeared
