Marty became upset after his music was replaced in a trailer, Activision told Bungie to fire him, Bungie said no. Bungie put him in a review and put him in a vacation, after returning to work Marty didn't keep his to standards and attacked a fellow employee (presumably verbally). Bungie fired him and would not give him his overtime, vacation pay, and stocks Marty sued to get his stocks and pay and won.
