How about you try reading the thread instead of making stupid comments? There are plenty of posts explaining what this has to do with anything. The article itself makes it clear.

Sorry I didn't mean to be rude. It's just that I read the article and it was about some legal issues that didn't seem to affect the gameplay in any way at all

Point #1 explains why Joe Staten, the lead for Bungie's story, left. 3. Article confirms that Activision was actively encroaching more and more into Bungie's territory. 4. Point #3 confirms why the game isn't what was advertised in 2013. Activision got their claws into Bungie and Destiny and they've been tearing them apart ever since. It effects gameplay because it shows what we can expect from here on out. If Activision is having their way with Bungie, even on the creative front, then the cash-grabbing is just going to get worse.
