The article actaually said Marty understood the firing and had no problem with it.
The land grab for his Founders Shares IS a different story, and that was more Bungie than Activision. That IS out and out greed.

I understand that you don't want someone you fired as a shareholder so it makes sense that they tried to take the shares away. But they should have given him their monetary value when they tried to take them away.

In effect they tried to steal it from him. I am glad the courts saw through it and he is being compensated.
