Bungie appeared to side with him and back him until he started to slow down other people progress and that is when he was let go, don't get me wrong activision are in the wrong here, but how this dude conducted himself was not good for the rest of the team Notice how it was not management that where complaing about just prior to his dismissal, it was his co workers. The reason why he has won this case is because, while bungie/activision having solid grounds to dismiss him, they did not go through the process in a correct manner
