People pop a bubble in enemy territory - Complain about how it gets destroyed easily. Personally, I don't use Defender, but it should be set up just before the middle ground so that your team gets buffs while trying to take B or pushing to kill the enemy team. One tactic that was pretty useful was a Bubblebro using Saint-10 and setting up a bubble at the B doorway from the outside on the map Blind Watch. If you went through, you were blind. Since nobody was in the bubble, I found it to be pretty useful and smart because NO ONE on the enemy team wanted to waste their supers on the bubble alone. It was beautiful. These guys just need to think.
