I wanted mgs v as soon as it came out. If i went physical i would wait in line outside 12 midnight get it, go back home, install it then play it. Whereas digitally its ready fir me to play as soon as 12am rolls around so no.....a new game release is not the same as going to the grocery store.
And second my argument with the op regards spending large amounts of money on something so frivolous. There's nothing wrong pre ordering a game you know you want to play...its a pre order. Which last time i checked you can go to gamestop spend 60 and cancel your pre order the next day.
And last you gonna sit there and say pre order ruin the industy but there's nothing wrong with microtransactions in a full price game and content cut out of full price games and sold as dlc? Yea man, Im the stupid one.
