Did you even read the whole article? Marty threw a temper tantrum and was fired for it. Bungie took his stock, which was wrong in my opinion but Marty kept company property which is a fire able offense at any business. Both parties were wrong and an arbiter mediated and fixed the situation. Marty is a baby who didn't get his way at E3 and wasn't performing then got himself fired. Bungie should not have taken his stocks away. Marty should not have kept Bungie property. Arbiter made Marty give Bungie there property back and Marty got his stocks. Seems like both parties could have handled the situation better to begin with.

And Marty threw a temper tantrum, they sent him on vacation and he came back and did not want to work... That is a fire able offense at any job. His CD would have been released eventually but it wasn't on Marty's schedule and he overacted badly. He also tried to sabotage their E3 presentation, he is lucky that was not considered a breach of contract and got to keep his stocks. I could care less about the parties involved because I don't know anyone involved personally, but from a business stand point this went down exactly the way it should of.

Not really, he still lost half of his stocks but got his Vacation and overtime pay. He came out okay. Marty is not the good guy in this situation regardless.
