Hence why Bungie lost the lawsuit...and had to pay him a TON plus restore his stocks and his share in the company.

They were wrong to take his stocks and holiday pay. That's what he sued them over. Not the firing. That in itself was his fault. You don't behave like that in a work environment. He was behaving like a spoiled brat.
