I feel like they will be getting a lot more options with that new sub-class, however in PvE Titans are great, the bubble is fantastic and striker is honestly just fun in PvE. Im not an avid PvP player by any means but it doesn't take rocket science to see the huge advantages that the hunter and warlock both have over a Titan with mobility and super both being valid reasons as to why they have these advantages. But I wouldn't say Titans need a buff. Datto ( a big destiny YouTuber for those who don't know) mains a Titan and has plenty of videos of him going Flawless in trials on different weeks. So it's not like a Titan is completely under powered by any means.
