That would be a violation of the amendment granting freedom of religion.

It only violates the separation of church and state. Your free to practice your religion no matter what it is but your not free to impose on others.

People willingly going to someone they know is a Christian and forcing their beliefs on them is not right.

if that Christan works for the state at all they represent the state not there church or there personal beliefs. federally gay marriage is legal so if your a marriage licenser and you deny someone a license on there sexuality or your faith your no longer doing your job your imposing your own beliefs on them and the law. situations like this are why we have separation of church and state to prevent religion of any kind from having to much power. Without a secular unbiased state there would be no religious freedom everyone would be forced to conform to the dominate state religion.
