Read the Third Edit. And yes, Supers can kill other Supers, how is that different than any other class? I beat Golden Gun with Radiant Skin, Red Death, and Claws of Ahamkara just earlier this week; no Super is invulnerable or invincible.

I did but all of those for the moat part are extremely situational. It depends on the way you are facing, the layout of the map, the skill level of the players you are facing and some more. And I don't think that I have ever survived a nova bomb in my bubble as you say that you can. Sure Fist can shutdown supers like bladedancer and maybe radiance but the rest will completely decimate you before you get close enough to activate it.

It's possible to survive. True Vanguard demonstrates this in his No Backup Plans video: http://youtu.be/LVTPlIDO-qM And no, Victory isn't certain no matter what Super you're using, but with map knowledge and enough practice you can stack the odds in your favor as a WoL Defender.

Yeah but your post made it sound as if WoD was a failproof to any other super or strategy in the game. And I was just saying in my experience that I have never survived a nova bomb once in my time playing. But in the end it usually come down to what people like to play as most the time and they say it needs a huge buff while all the other subclasses need nerfed into the ground.

I think WoD is virtually failproof in theory with the right set up, map knowledge, radar awareness, gun-skill etc. But doing the things I mentioned in the post aren't easy. Possible, but not easy.

Edited by YFT Zero: 9/4/2015 9:26:45 PMRadar awareness won't always work because enemies could come from multiple directions at once.

Edited by LoneHunter777: 9/4/2015 10:38:50 PMYes that can happen, but that's difficult to manage no matter what class you're using. This doesn't mean the Defender is weak, it means it's difficult to fight with your back against the wall.

Didn't say that it was weak. Just said radar awareness never guarantees that you can stop enemies from killing you.
