It tells you that the games were scheduled for 2013, 15, 17, & 19. With a comet following each year respectively 2014, 16, 18, & 2020. As you should know destiny was pushed back to a 2014. Release and here we have a comet(TAKEN KING) in 2015 Also that picture that was confirmed to be true by Deej though it was said its old places the comet (taken King) in September 2015 with 2 dlc then September 2016 Destiny???? So yes I do believe Destiny 2 will be released in 2016 and The Taken King is not Destiny 2.
