Catapult should be equivalent to focused burst from the warlock. I can fly around the map with focused burst on my warlock running the lowest agility but but catapult on my Titan is slow and the height is awful, so I have to use increased height just to make it to half the ledges I jump to.

Titans are the fastest class by far. Increased control is the jump you want to be using
