She works for the government. As such, the 14th Amendment states that all people must be treated equally under the law. Denying gays marriage licenses violates that.
You should address this...
Disagreeing and discrimination are different things.
...and this.

His brain is malfunctioning due to the logic

What if you were in a position that all of a sudden required you to completely violate your personal beliefs? Bet your opinion changes real quick
-
Completely violate my beliefs Eh? In Christianity you can simply ask forgiveness
-
If I was truly forced to do the thing that violates my hypothetical religious beliefs then that would be unconstitutional. A clerk can always resign and I would resign or quit if my job required me to do something against my beliefs.
-
I highly doubt that
-
If I was religious then I would value pleasing my god over keeping my job. Anyone who cares more about keeping their job doesn't really care about their god.
-
Guaranteed that you would be fighting tooth and nail
-
You doubt my claim but I don't... Hmm. You can always get another job.
-
You're obviously just claiming that to make yourself look good
-
I'm a smart guy so I would realize that it's both illegal and not doing my job if I didn't hand out these marriage licenses. If I thought it was a sin to do that then I'd rather be jobless than openly sin against my god. Anyone who is in that position should really just quit.
