I run a titan and a hunter, and I agree, in fact my stats bare this out, I actually like running bubble in PVP because it requires a bit more thought, I.E I tend to use it after I've witnessed enemies burning off their own supers. so the main issue is Titans have limited projection options whilst the Warlock and Hunter have great projection options.
