They'd have no merit, the Bible condemns murder. A Lawyer could easily break that down.

The individual's freedom to practice their chosen religion does not extend to the infringement of another individual's right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

But the same logic is involved with gay marriage. Gay people have the right to marry and someone not giving them that is directly interfering with that right.

Marriage is a distinctly religious practice. It's an eternal union before god.
