If you wanted a non-static world, then buy another game (tons to choose from). It is that simple. Bungie has always been straight forward that this is an Always Online World that is supposed to evolve and grow over a 10 year span. If you didn't read the Terms of Service and/or understand this, it is your own fault. You did not pay to own this game in this instance, merely the money to enjoy the world, as you stated. It is their world, and they can and will change it as they see fit to overall enhance the experience for everyone, not to cater to a single special snowflake. This is nothing new at all. Its been done with online games for decades now.
Also if you want to really get down to it you didn't pay for that particular content. When you bought Destiny vanilla, it didn't have it. Also you didn't purchase it with the DLC either, as the public events were added as temporary world content that everyone can enjoy whether they purchased the DLC or not (said events being added in patches even before the DLC dropped).
All of this is moot anyway, as the public events like the Blades/Wolves will be going away for now, but the odds are in another DLC (like the Vex one coming in year two) will likely create temporal affects that will give them a story based excuse to randomly bring back those public events or some variation of them...
But hey, thanks for helping me complete my Tears Bounty again without even having to load up the game!
There's a difference between evolving a world and removing DLC content after the next DLC drops. The packs of wolves may be public events, but removing them makes queens bounties impossible to complete (half of them at least). Removing blades of crota limited completing the eris bounty to a single mission. Start the mission, kill blade, go to orbit, repeat. How immersive. I understand that they have to make room for new content, but completely removing it is not the way to go. At the very least they could limit the blades/packs to a select few areas on select planets. Also, you're right, I'm not paying for the game. I'm paying for the ability to play it. However, will I have the ability to play said content after TTK? Nope. Oh and nice originality with the tears bounty. I don't know how you interpreted this as crying, but to each his own.

I agree that there could be more constructive ways to affect the previous DLC, but then we don't know what limitations and other issues might be tied to the game, servers, and such. Also, there is always the possibility they'll add new ways to encounter them like you said at some future point, or even do what I think is going to happen with Vex DLC, creating temporal fields that cause all the previous public events to randomly occur... that could be amusing, especially if they revamp them so the Vex spawn during them as well.
And yeah, I was just trolling you about the tears bounty. What can I say, I get bored, and I was too tired to come up with something more original. I'll try to be better in the future with a more original troll :)
