Wow. Is he wrong.
Titans are he weakest for getting kills in pvp, agreed. Bungie knows, all Titan players know. At least all Titans who also play hunters and warlocks.
But the defender class is by far the best class for control pvp. Maybe not the other ones but objective based pvp is way more fun (in my opinion) then running and killing.
In my opinion, defender Titans are key to winning control matches.

Eh no. Getting a capture doesn't win games, getting kills does. Maybe in Zone Control when TTK comes out the bubble will be much more effective, but as it stands now capturing one zone every however long it takes you to get your super is extremely underwhelming. Let's say you average 2 kills with every nova bomb. If you have ZERO control points, that's a minimum 250 points each super, not to mention its ability to prevent heavy ammo drops, *cough* shatter bubbles *cough*, wipe a team trying to capture a zone, etc. Whenever I see a bubble I either super it or just wait 30 seconds and go somewhere else. Capturing one point is not game changing. Wiping a whole team with literally any other super is. - a day 1 Titan

I've dropped so many Vortex Nova Bombs on Bubbles in PvP. Kills 90% of the time. But that's this game, its cat and mouse in PvP. Supers vs. Supers
-
Name a super the bubble can't be destroyed by
-
Or I suppose arc blade doesn't damage it directly, but they easily kill the people inside the bubble.

Another bubble Lol
-
I saw that coming! xD

If you place a bubble on a control point you will die to a super almost every time.
-
Then you're doing it wrong. Of course you will die sometimes. Everyone dies sometimes while they're in a super. It's key to victory. If you have 2-3 defender Titans who know what they are doing in pvp you will be unstoppable. As long as your Hunter or warlocks aren't retarded.

No other class 'forces' your teammates to pick their subclass accordingly to make yours more effective. That's just dumb. Plain and simple.

the fact you need more than 1 for it to be viable is abit discouraging
