They are calling for her to quit because she is discriminating and isn't doing her job properly.
What religion she chooses to follow is irrelevant in their decision to fire/jail her.

Should the Hindu quit or should he refuse to do anything that has to do with beef even if his specific job requires him to? Would it be unfair if the restaurant fires him for not doing his job even if he has religious motives behind him not doing his job?
