[b]Apex looks at the beautiful sunset view of Cedyetica from a Centra rooftop.[/b]
[b]He looks at his TACPAD, he sees his target approaching. He chuckles and looks at the garage door opening, ready to face his target
- but Apex is surprised to see a a blind boy with a walking stick. He is distinguished as a Psion to the public with a Scrambling Headband only it is worn over his eyes; and he seems to be 13 years old.[/b]
".....what the hell" Apex says confused.
[b]Apex looks at the handicapped boy walking down the street and lands in front of him.[/b]
"....you're back....they said you were leaving us near beaten to death on the streets" he says adjusting his glasses.
"I'm not the same guy kid....I'm not the one who saved you", Apex says sighing He collapses his ballistic staff, slinging it over his back harmlessly approaching the blind teenager.
"The guy that used to wear this suit failed us. He let this all happen.", Apex says.
"......So you think you're helping this city taking out the runaways?!" The boy says in anger.
"I'M TRYING TO PREVENT ANOTHER UPRISING!" Apex roars underneath his mask.

You walk up to find an old man collapsed on the ground, still breathing, but barely.

The old man looked to be in bad shape, his nose was bleeding and his breathing was labored

An old man hobbles over to the two of you. "What seems to be the problem here friend?" He had a distinct Russian accent.
