It is now legal to be married homosexually. However, you do not have to go out of your way to find a Christian or Minister to perform the ceremony. Discrimination is really about race, however I cannot win that argument since the dictionary keeps getting rewritten by people who support those views. Honestly, why not leave the Christians alone and respect them and their beliefs while you stick to yours? Find someone willing to marry you...
