Her freedom of religion is not being infringed. Another person's rights ends where another's begin. Religious freedom does not give you the right to discriminate on others because that effects others rights. For instance, I cannot sacrifice a human and get away scott free because my religion demands human sacrifice. Get it? Also do you realize the havok that would be caused if minor clerks could pick and choose which papers they process? Oh you want to file a lawsuit against that person who ran over your child?
