If your convictions conflict with your religion, then is it unlawful to follow your religion, a basic right guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution?

You took an oath to serve your state and issue marriage licenses. The state has gay marriage legalized if your views state you can't do this then quit because you can't do your job. Your personal views can't change the law. Same with a Pro-Lifer becoming an abortion doctor and then refusing to perform abortions in a state with it legalized.

The problem here is that there's no part of the bible that says "you can't provide your good or service to gays" This isn't on par with making a Muslim serve/handle pork or something.
