Have a look at the100.io I'd been playing since the beta but hadn't done a raid. Joined a group at the100 a couple of months back and have 40 completions now. I'll send you a friend request as it's always good to have morr people to play Destiny with.

Go to the recruitment section of the forums and you will find a thread that suites your needs. Jump in that thread and either hook up with someone else or make your own post on said thread. When you make a post be sure to include: Name Console Name if activity Never play with people that demand certain weapons....ever.
